OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities
- Free to work from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. Must be willing to work on alternate Saturdays, 10:00am-4:30pm.
- Developing strong client relationships within the architectural, general contractors and design community.
- Developing strong product knowledge so as to assist clients with the best porcelain/stones solutions for their projects.
- Seek out and develop new business. Following up with specified projects to secure the sale.
- Development of Sales Strategy based on year goals. Close big business from beginning to the closing of the sale.
Duties:
- Helping customers with design and layout of new projects and selection of material.
- Working with contractors and designers to help keep projects on time.
- Labeling and stocking of new samples Light warehouse duty including lifting and sorting of samples.
- Experience with tile, stone, and design is a must.
- Experience with interior design and/or home improvement is a must.
Benefits.
Salary: 20 USD/Hour.
Commission: from 2% to 4%.
Bonus: 1,000 USD after monthly plan goal is exceeded.
Paid Vacations, sick days and holydays.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Responsibilities and Duties
- Free to work from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm. Must be willing to work on alternate Saturdays, 10:00am-4:30pm.
- Serve customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.
- Work with a wide range of customers, including developers, contractors, designers, and homeowners that comes to the showroom.
- Help to achieve sales goals.
- Provide clients with the products they need to complete their projects.
- Provide professional and courteous service to all clients by responding to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information.
- Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans,
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Ensure that client quotes are processed and orders are completed.
- Ensure showroom is in good condition always.
